Owner Miguel Rojas, came to the USA from SAN PEDRO AMUZGOS OAXACA MEXICO similar to most immigrants he was constantly working and finding every opportunity for a better life. Fast forward 8 years later He bought a food truck in 2005 as a experienced full time chef he embarked on opening his own taco truck alongside his wife Claudia. They brang vending early 2005 in the New Brunswick NJ area. In 2006 Miguel was granted the opportunity to sell at the Englishtown Flea Market Parking Lot on weekends. It was a HIT he established his food truck there for 15 years. You could catch Miguel and 3 children and Wife at their food truck they never missed a weekend. Shortly after the pandemic the lot were the food truck operated out of was shut down and Miguel had to find another reliable location fast. That is where the idea came to him that he wanted to open an actual restaurant location and that's just what he did. February of 2022 He came across an old pizza place for rent in Monroe NJ not far from his original location and although the place needed plenty of work but to no surprise Miguel also owns his own contracting company. Miguel was up for the challenge and made entire renovations himself and his crew and with the help of his family the location it is now up and running. We hope you come check us out!
